Dorchester County Tourism reached out Baltimore Sun and Studio 1847 to help promote outdoor travel in the region after COVID-19 created a slowdown in visitors. We designed this microsite that lives on BaltimoreSun.com to provide an overview of the expansive opportunities for travel and entertainment.
Each year, the South Florida Sun Sentinel holds an event to recognize local breast cancer survivors. For 2020, the event went virtual due to the pandemic. In response, we amplified the survivor stories and promotion of the event, hosted by Hoda Kotb, with a microsite featuring a countdown to the event, live video streaming, survivor stories, a quiz and informative articles related to preventing and treating breast cancer.

For the past 11 years, the South Florida Sun Sentinel and Orlando Sentinel have issued a special section celebrating local breast cancer survivors.
The campaign includes sponsored survivor stories published in a special section in print and online throughout Breast Cancer Awareness month. We also host an event with a celebrity MC. For 2018, we secured Giuliana and Bill Rancic.
A New Approach for 2018
For 2018, we updated both the look and approach to the campaign, and client feedback was consistent: the campaign had never looked better.
